Our One Voice Social Action Team has a vision…
…to mobilise the church to be a significant contributor to social transformation in the city of York.
The main way that we do this is through our No One Left Behind project that aims to reduce poverty in York over the next 10 years. Click the logo to visit our dedicated project page.
We’ve also begun developing focus teams bringing together church, ministry and Christian charity leaders for specific areas of social transformation:
REFUGEES
The Refugee Team has been working on different initiatives to support refugees and asylum seekers.
POVERTY
The Poverty Team has been looking at current support offered for people who are experiencing poverty, and exploring opportunities to work together more closely.
